Mentor

Mentors are experienced professionals in the workplace who guide and advise mentees in their career journey to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees. Eligibility requirements: Any full or part-time employee who is in good standing (is not on a PIP or under disciplinary action) and has approval from their leader to participate.

Mentee

Mentees are learners who want guidance and advice to further their careers and to be successful. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks, and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel.
